gnc-fq-update output

After upgrading to Big Sur 11.3, Tools > Price Database "get quotes" button remains greyed out.

I tried to fix this by running gnc-fq-update, but it fails.  See the attached file.

There's a dependency that Finance::Quote added but that isn't in the CPAN manifest. Do

  sudo cpan -i Test2
  sudo gnc-fq-update

and you should be back in business.

I've added installing Test2 to gnc-fq-update.
