Open Schedule Editor and clicking "New" causes crash.
Opening file again shows following message.

"GnuCash could not obtain the lock for (file name)"

Confirm behavior on both populated files and completely blank file (no accounts created, just Actions -> Scheduled Transactions -> Scheduled Transaction Editor).
