gnucash-4.1-2020-07-28-git-4.1-2-gef67de44d+.setup.exe (Win10/German Version):

Transaction report: The string 'Subtotal Table' is not translated.  I am not sure if this is rather a translation issue, though.

fixed in maint for 4.2. The translation was enabled, but never called in use.
