gnucash-3.904-2020-06-08-git-3.904-1-gb5aeca94b+.setup.exe: Enhance the default folder(s) when updating/changing a transaction association: - select a transaction with an associated file - select menu items (*) Transaction > Update Association for Transaction ... a dialogue window (*) should open - hit icon at the right of the file name frame - then it would be nice if 1/ folder of existing assoiated file(s) was opened if it exists 2/ otherwise open the 'path head for files' if it exists 3/ otherwise open the Windows user default folder NOTE: The strings of the menu items relevant for transaction associaton and in the dialogue window - see (*) above - are not translated/localized (to German) in the used version mentioned above. Added path head to use as default directory for file chooser if no uri exists. Will be in the 3.905 or 4.0
