Description Robert Chapin 2020-06-04 10:27:24 EDT
Every time I try to type something into the Num field, the characters appear in the wrong order.

Ctrl+V works normally though.

v3.902-147

Bug verified in v3.903 also.
Comment 2 Chris Good 2020-06-04 17:40:29 EDT
Hi Robert Chapin, I've changed the version back to v3.902 as it should be where the problem was first seen. See https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Bugzilla_Administration#Version_and_Target_Milestone.

What are your regional/language settings?
Comment 3 Robert Chapin 2020-06-04 17:46:09 EDT
For clarity, I haven't tested this against v3.902. I was already on the May 21 nightly build when I noticed the problem.

I'm using English (United States) on Windows 10

Hi Robert, Thanks for clarifying. I'll leave it as 3.902 as I'm not sure what it should be in this case. ('git-master' doesn't seem helpful).

I have replicated in Linux GC master git 3.903-8-gb8d514e15+(2020-06-04).
If I type in 'abcd' into an empty Num field, 'bcda' is displayed.

Fixed for 3.904.
