Import Map Editor shows which tokens' accounts cannot be found.

It would be nice if a "Cleanup" button would scan all tokens and delete mapping whereby account cannot be found anymore.

Otherwise I find that during repeated Imports, associating transaction to account does not teach the Bayesian matcher.
