Feature request:

Please add in the GUI accounts view a method to recursively change the account hidden flag.

This makes it easier to maintain more elaborate charts of accounts.

Addition: Add account placeholder flag.

The method would then allow the user to select the hidden flag, the placeholder flag or even both to be recursively set/unset for the selected account(s).

Setting both the hidden and the placeholder flag allows to reduce the register account drop down list.

Just to be clear, by recursively you mean that the selected account and all of its descendants would have their hidden and placeholder flags changed to match the new value?
