Example: LANG=en_IN
In the page "Choose accounts to create" only the Indian GST template appears. Private users would prefer Common from en_GB.

Because we do not want to duplicate many templates several times, an option to change the directory would be useful.

Ideally it would offer 3 filter options:
"Same language": <lang>_*
"Same region": *_<region>
"None": *_*
with <lang> and <region> from the current LANG setting.
