Further to bug number 797273;
I have found that it is similarly freezing in the vendor billing functions. For example:
Business > Vendor > Find vendor (enter name and Find) > Vendors Bills > New Bill
OR
Business > Vendor > Find Bill (enter name and Find - select bill) > Post

I suspect this bug is prevalent throughout the program i.e. with more than one pop-up open and overlaid; switch away (<alt><tab) then switch back (<alt><tab); the latest pop-up drops to the background and the program becomes unresponsive.
