Please attach those three files using the "Add an attachment" link above. If there's a file c:\Users\Bernice\AppData\Local\temp\gnucash.trace.XXXXXX (XXXXXX will be random letters and numbers) attach that as well. There may be several if you tried to start GnuCash more than once; attach only the most recent. Please also describe at what point GnuCash crashed. If the splash screen is still displayed, what did it say at the bottom? If the GnuCash window had come up, what was displayed and what button or menu item did you click that ended in the crash?
