Feature enhance: sort (and allow user choice of sorting by columns) all transactions presented to the user during the importer's duplicate review.

As is today in GnuCash 3.5, the QIF importer doesn't sort (or allow sorting by clicking on column headers) of transactions presented for duplicate review. Instead, presents transactions in what appears to be a random order from the user's perspective.

I have a fix for this locally which I will push when I fix another bug I am looking at.

Added sorting to the QIF duplicates page.

This change will be in version 3.6
