Created attachment 373228 [details] Backtrace from most recent core dump of quote deletion. I'm somewhat new to doing bug reporting for Gnucash. How do I gather the information needed to diagnose this problem. Repeat by: Open Price Database (Note that the currently published documentation calls it the "Price Editor", presumably using the 2.6 codeline names instead of the 3.x codeline.) Select a Market, for example NASADAQ. Select a stock, for example AAPL Select a quote, for example the one of 10 July 2017. Click Remove When the confirmation pop-up arrives, click "Delete" to confirm. Expected behavior: The quote line gets deleted. Actual behavior: SOME TIME AFTER the change has been made, indeed I can do a couple deletions, seemingly with success, Gnucash crashes. Sometimes the display of the list of quotes does not change, as of the deletion silently failed. I've attached a backtrace from one of the crashes. Perhaps it has already been received through another channel.
I wonder if this is related to https://bugs.gnucash.org/show_bug.cgi?id=797107 which I could not reliably produce
I will look at this, just tested and I also got a crash.

I have a fix locally for this, just tying up some loose ends and will add to a PR when done.
PR 495 created with a possible fix.
I pushed a fix for this and will be in the next release.
