I run two books - one personal and one for a charity, with differing accounting years and various other settings.

Saved Reports for one book appear on the dropdown when I'm editing the other, and these are unlikely to be compatible.

The option of copying settings from an existing book or accepting the defaults should be offered when a new book is created.
