header line of TB

The 'Debit Credit' column headers on a TB using a stylesheet appears to be offset to the right. Same applies to the totals at the bottom. 

I looked through the stylesheet-2.0 file but there was nothing obvious.

I think the cause is to do with the Level of Subaccounts < 1 and would be a duplicate of this bug:
