This error happens when imoporting inappropriate CSV files for Customers/Vendors and Bills/Invoices. In my case I took an accountchart CSV file (wrong headings, wrong number of fields).

Import > Import _Customers & Vendors...
Import > Import Bills & Invoices...

1. After importing, the result dialog shows up. 
2. Clicking „OK” the next dialog shows up: „These lines were ignored during import”
3. Within this dialog, the *height* of the text field showing the information, is very small (and cannot be changed eitehr). The dialog itself can be scaled, but it also doesn’t change the height of the text field. Scrolling the text field works, both horizontally + vertically.
