Error trace

Whenever I try to rename a budget, gnucash crashes once I click on "OK". I'm using the 2018-12-30 3.4+ build. The new report name is "2018" (i.e. no special characters).

I've attached the trace log.

I'm running it on Windows 10 Family edition (64b).

It also crash when I try to estimate budget entries (new budget). The trace is different in this case, but it also starts with:

WARN <gnc.app-utils> Could not spawn perl: Failed to execute child process (No such file or directory)

Need anything else?

Thank you.
