Hi,

I have an 'Expense Over Time' report which has the following configuration (the parts I consider relevant to this issue):

* 'Show Average' selected
* 'Show table' selected

Since 3.4, averages displayed in the table are shown as fractions instead of decimal numbers. However, hovering over the bar charts properly displays decimal numbers.

Could you please check it?
