example file with UTF-8

MacOSX 10.11.6, GnuCash 3.4

I usually download a MT940 textfile from my german online bank account. When importing this file (written in UTF-8 format + CRLF) into GnuCash, german "umlauts" and "eszett" don't show correct. This is also true, if I convert the original file to "MacOS Roman Western".
Only if i convert the file into "Windows Latin 1", the import is correct.

Attached is an example file with UTF-8.

I think that this is an upstream problem and I've opened https://aquamaniac.de/rdm/issues/21.
