As per discussion on gnucash-devel, move detailed content on the user interface from Help to Guide. Content from Chapter 3 of the Help will be merged into Chapter 2.3 of the Guide. Once text has been merged into the Guide, content from Help will be significantly reduced.

With a long delay I have merged this a second time, this time after restructuring the commits for the benefit of our translators.
