Add new employee modal window may not fit on screen and buttons, including Save may not be visible.

Found on Treasurer's HP laptop running Windows 10 on recommended 1368x768 resolution, 100% scaling  - removing windows taskbar did not help.

Replicated on Gigabyte laptop, 1360x768 resolution, 125% scaling, with taskbar present.

So not entirely consistent - maybe something to do with fonts present?

But a default install can on a standard machine can make a Treasurer feel that this is not a professional programme to be used. :-(

Confirmed on a MacBook Pro. The Employee dialog is about 820 lines high, well over the 600 max we want. Simply making it two columns will suffice.

Have a fix locally, did not like the two columns so I added another notebook page  for Billing Information like some others. Will create a PR with some other bug fixes later.
