Test csv file from Excel

When using a csv file saved from Excel for Mac 2011, importer cannot recognize EOL characters. Users on Gnucash-users have reported similar problems with other versions of Excel. A simple csv file is attached, along with the screenshot of the resulting GnuCash import window, showing the lack of new lines.

It would seem prudent to have some means of choosing from among the most common EOL settings. This would allow users the flexibility to try a different setting if their results are incoherent.

Thanks. I have committed a fix that will become part of gnucash 3.3.
