To reproduce:
Open a few register pages
Alter the book's read-only threshold via File->Properties->Accounts

Observe that for none of the open registers the red line will be updated.
It will be correct for registers you open after the change.
But the open registers will only update (all at once) at the very first transaction commit in any of the open registers.
