strange behavior in options of multicoumn report

In a options of the *mulcolumn report* I can select different reports with "Add >>". Also I can change the position of selected reports by moving them up or down with buttons "Move up" and "Move down".

If I select items on both sides - in "Available reports" and "Selected Reports" - and after that move the selected reports in the window "Selected Reports" by clicking "Move up" / "Move down" - the position on the left side will be moved too, but randomly over several items.

See a screenshot in appendix.

my system:
Xubuntu 18.04
GnuCash: Build ID: git 3.2-78-gd6b245772+ (2018-07-23)

Possible fix in PR395
Comment 2 Geert Janssens 2018-08-07 10:08:13 EDT
Just to be sure I understand correctly: when you have an intem selected in both the left and right column and then click move up or down then
1. the item on the right hand side will effectively move up or down (including the selection highlight, blue in your screenshot)
2. the item on the left hand side will not move but the selection highlight will jump randomly ?

Yes, you understand it correctly.

@DiMang - please retry from a recent maint, or from a recent win32 build - I think this bug is fixed?

triage: I think this has been fixed previous to 4.2; I have been using multicol reports a lot recently and haven't experienced it, I think I would have noticed this if it was still present. Suggest mark as fixed at some point in the past.

Closing incomplete because of no response from reporter after 2+ years. If this is still a problem on the current release please reopen.
