I think the same fix as applied in Bug 796751 to the Reconcile window should be applied here.

I have got a fix locally by adding a dummy blank column to the end of the tree view and setting its width to that of the vertical scrollbar.
Will add it to my next PR.

My fix is in PR386, hopefully will get included in next release.
