Example - obsolete fields in menu Edit Account

There are some obsolete fields in menu: Actions > Online Actions > ( Issue Transaction... | Issue SEPA Transaction... | Internal Transaction... | Direct Debit...). Currently only one of these four menu items works: "Issue SEPA Transaction...". Other menu items do not work, because they are obsolete and were disabled by CStim (see comment 7 by Frank in bug 794707 or https://lists.gnucash.org/pipermail/gnucash-de/2018-March/010246.html (german)).
 
Maybe it makes sense to remove them from the menu. In addition, the corresponding settings in menu "Edit Account" (as checkbox) must be removed too (s. screenshot:  "Prefer Single ...").

The items have been removed from the menu in commit 55a2504c59edaf30f09ea1afc65ba07d803b65d9 which is (pending merge of maint to unstable) to appear in 2.7.9ff.
