Current budget scheme lacks of information. If you plan a budget for a year, you need additional source of storage to save notes about spending goals, because it's hard to remember all.
It would be great if for each cell one can add note, say "New table in the kitchen". If cell has some note, it can be marked somehow, for example with small triangle in the bottom left corner,  and note will popup on mouseover.
